Refund & Return Policy – Floreal Luxe
At Floreal Luxe, we are committed to delivering a refined shopping experience and premium-quality products designed to elevate your lifestyle.
To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, eligible returns are issued in the form of store credit (a Floreal Luxe gift card).
Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Worn or used items
- Final sale items
- Personal care items (including wigs)
Store Credit (Gift Cards)
- Approved returns will be issued as a Floreal Luxe gift card
- Gift cards do not expire
- Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for a flat return label fee of $4.95. This fee is required to receive a prepaid return shipping label and will be applied during the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
